Presentation is the whole job. Front lawns here are mostly buffalo or kikuyu, kept short and even, with sharp edges against concrete and garden beds. The difference between a good cut and an average one in Bella Vista is entirely in the edging and the blow-down at the end.
Compact yards with structured planting. Blocks are generally medium-sized with a lot of the garden given over to formal beds, screening hedges and paving. There's less lawn than in older suburbs but more detail work — trimming, weeding and keeping mulch topped up and even.
Pool and entertaining areas. A high proportion of Bella Vista homes have a pool and paved entertaining space. Leaf drop from surrounding screening plants ends up in the water and across the pavers, so keeping those plants trimmed back is part of the maintenance rather than an extra.

Do you offer a regular schedule rather than one-off visits?
