Can you work on a sloping block?
Yes. A lot of Baulkham Hills sits on a grade and plenty of yards here are terraced or split-level. Slope affects how long a job takes and how green waste gets out, so it's factored into the quote rather than sprung on you afterwards.
My hedge is three metres tall and against the house. Can it be saved?
Usually. Overgrown murraya, lilly pilly and photinia respond well to a hard cut-back, though on very old growth it's better done in stages across two visits so the hedge reshoots properly rather than going bare. Frank will tell you which applies to yours when he sees the photos.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes, where it's agreed in the quote. On a big Baulkham Hills clean-up there is usually far more than a council bin will take, so removal is priced in from the start.
