How quotes are calculated
Mowing quotes depend on lawn size, grass length and thickness, slope, access and whether clippings need to be removed. Long, thick or wet grass takes more time and may need an initial heavy cut, multiple passes and a follow-up mow — so heavily overgrown lawns are quoted separately from routine mowing.
What's not included
Golf-green style cylinder mowing, turf laying (see small landscaping) and major rubbish removal are quoted separately.

How often should my lawn be mowed?
It depends on grass type, season and rainfall. During strong growing periods many Sydney lawns need attention every two to three weeks; growth slows right down over winter. Frank can suggest a schedule after seeing your lawn.
My lawn is really overgrown — is that a problem?
Not a problem, but it is a different job. Long, thick grass needs an initial heavy cut, extra whipper snipping and more clipping removal, so it's quoted as an overgrown cut rather than a standard mow.
Do you take the grass clippings away?
Yes, when clipping removal is included in the quote. Just mention it when you send your photos and it will be priced in.
