How quotes are calculated
Quotes depend on bed area, mulch type and volume, access, prep work required and how much waste needs removing. Mulch supply, delivery and disposal costs are included only when specifically listed in the quote — send photos of the beds, access points and any waste, with rough measurements if you have them.
What's not included
Green waste removed includes grass and hedge clippings, leaves, weeds, small branches and waste generated during the agreed work. Household rubbish, hazardous waste, large logs, soil, concrete and building waste aren't automatically included. And an honest note: mulch slows weeds — it doesn't permanently prevent them.

Either works. Mulch supply and delivery are included when listed in the quote, or Frank can spread mulch you've already had delivered.
What green waste can be taken away?
Grass clippings, hedge clippings, leaves, weeds, small branches, loose garden debris and waste generated during the job. Household rubbish, soil, concrete and building waste need separate arrangement.
Will mulch stop weeds for good?
No — and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Mulch slows surface weed growth and protects the soil, but some growth will still come through over time. It buys you time, not immunity.
