Pricing, honestly

How quotes are calculated

Quotes depend on area size, ground condition, materials, access and waste. Send photographs, approximate measurements, access information and a description of how you want the area to look.

What's not included

Frank doesn't undertake structural retaining walls, major excavation, engineered drainage, large-scale landscape construction, concreting, major paving, building work or large tree removal. And a note on turf honesty: new turf needs proper watering, sunlight and ongoing care — establishment is affected by soil, drainage, shade, heat, pets and foot traffic, so aftercare matters as much as the install.

FAQs

Common questions

How long does new turf take to establish?

Typically several weeks of consistent watering before it knits down, longer in tough conditions. Frank provides basic aftercare guidance with every turf job — the watering you do in the first month decides the result.

Can you build a retaining wall?

Structural retaining walls, major excavation and engineered work aren't provided — those need licensed trades. Raised garden beds and basic sleeper edging are within scope.

Do you do full landscape designs?

This service covers small, practical improvements — turf sections, beds, edging, pebbles and planting. Large-scale landscape construction needs a full landscaping company.
