Local service area · Riverstone 2765Riverstone is changing fast, and its gardens show it. The old village blocks are large and deep with soil that grows anything, while the new estates built over the former market gardens are starting from scratch.
Frank works both ends of the suburb and quotes each on what's actually in front of him rather than a standard rate.
Soil that grows everything, including what you don't want. The older parts of Riverstone sit on deep, rich ground — it was market garden country for a reason. Grass and weeds come back faster here than almost anywhere else Frank works, which means a yard gets away quicker if visits are skipped.
Big old blocks with long boundaries. The original village blocks are deep, often with rear access, old fruit trees and fence lines grown over from the neighbouring side. There's usually more work in the boundaries than in the lawn itself.
New estates on the western side. The recent releases are the opposite — compact blocks, young turf, narrow access and gardens still being set up. Quick to maintain, but they need edges cut in early or the lawn creeps everywhere within a couple of seasons.
Regular work through the streets around Riverstone station and Riverstone Parade, plus the newer releases toward Schofields and Vineyard.
Services available in Riverstone: lawn mowing, garden clean-ups, regular maintenance, hedge trimming, weeding, end-of-lease clean-ups, mulching & waste removal and small landscaping & turf prep.

Side access clean-up by Frank — an overgrown run cleared out and left clean end to end.
You deal directly with Frank — the same person quotes the job from your photos, turns up, and does the work. 25+ years of hands-on experience and hundreds of completed-job reviews, mainly through Airtasker.
“Frank was an absolute legend. He was on time and got stuck straight into it. Would highly recommend him. Thanks Frank.”
“Frank was great, arrived on time and got the work done very quickly without any fuss. Highly recommend Frank!”
Yes. Deep Riverstone blocks are routine work. The two things that change the price are how much green waste comes out and whether there's rear or side access to get it out — both worth showing in your photos.
Through spring and summer, fortnightly at minimum on the older blocks. The soil here pushes growth hard and three weeks between cuts in November is usually one week too many.
Yes, the whole 2765 area. The newer yards are quicker and priced accordingly — no big-block minimum applied to a small courtyard.
Cutting back, shaping and clearing along boundaries, yes, along with removing the waste. Large tree removal and anything needing a climber is a job for an arborist, and Frank will tell you that rather than attempt it.
