Can I get the same day and roughly the same time each visit?

Do you mow the verge as well as the front lawn?
Yes, the nature strip is included in the front lawn on a normal visit. On a consistent estate frontage, leaving the verge is exactly what people notice.

Fortnightly from about September to March, then three-weekly or monthly through the cooler months. The schedule gets set to your lawn rather than sold as a fixed plan.
Our place is community title with a shared frontage. Does that change things?
It can — mainly around who's responsible for which area and whether access is shared. Mention it when you send photos and Frank will confirm the scope before quoting.
